刘振，男，中共党员，博士，1985年10月出生，湖北省云梦县人。

2、学习经历

2017年8月-2022年1月，江南大学物联网工程学院控制科学与工程专业, 获工学博士学位。

2008年9月-2011年6月，昆明理工大学信息工程与自动化学院计算机应用技术专业，获工学硕士学位。

2004年9月-2008年6月，孝感学院计算机科学系计算机科学与技术专业，获理学学士学位。
